The Cornerstone of Hope Scrabble tournaments and fundraising event will be held on Saturday and Sunday, August 20-21, 2011. It's not too late to register! If you wish to play in either or both of the one-day events this weekend, please contact Dean Scouloukas at djs3771@aol.com and let him know. The event promises to be a lot of fun, with many prizes, auction items, and the opportunity for competitive SCRABBLE play, all while raising money for a very worthwhile cause.
Cornerstone of Hope is located at 5905 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio. Registration will take place from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, and play begins at about 9:15 a.m. Sunday will follow the same schedule.
Beverages and snacks will be served during play, and lunch is provided both days. There is a lot of value for a small $65 entry fee ($35 if you only want to enter one of the tournaments), so if you haven't registered yet, please contact Dean today!
