The format for the event will be "Zap Pairings" (modified round robin groups of 12-20). $1 from each entry fee will go to cross-tables.com; up to $20 from each entry fee to expenses; the rest to prizes.
SCHEDULE:
Saturday: Registration 9:00 - 9:15. Seven games starting at 9:30; lunch after three games.
Sunday: Six games starting at 9:00; lunch after four games.

LOCATION: Holiday Inn Elyria. Rooms are available for players on Friday and Saturday nights. To reserve, call (440) 324-5411, ask for the “National Scrabble® Tournament” group rate. Rooms are $69 + tax a night for one king bed or two double beds if reserved by February 24.
DIRECTIONS: Ohio Turnpike (I-80) exit #145 to Ohio 57 North. Turn right on Midway Blvd. and follow signs. The hotel is visible from the turnpike. About 25 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
