Michigan Madness is back for its 15th year, with the same great tournament structure, door prizes, and Scrabble-themed karaoke, in the same location as last year. Led by Carol Ravichandran, the event's MC, Hostess, and Founder, Michigan Madness will be conducted by a committee of capable directors from Michigan and Ohio. The tournament is limited to the first 64 paid entries, so competitors are encouraged to secure their spot in one of the premier tournaments on the Scrabble circuit without delay.
The NASPA-sanctioned, fully rated tournament will consist of three divisions, as follows:
Division A: ratings of 1450 and up (1350+ may play up) - entry fee: $70
Division B: ratings of 1150 - 1449 (1050+ may play up) - entry fee: $60
Division C: ratings below 1150 - entry fee: $50
Entry information and payment must be received by June 20, 2013.

Saturday, June 22:
8:30 AM: check-in
9 AM - 1 PM: Rounds 1-4
2 PM - 6 PM: Rounds 5-8
Evening Karaoke nearby
Sunday, June 23:
8:30 AM: arrive and setup
9 AM - 1 PM: Rounds 9-12
2 PM - 4 PM: Rounds 13-14

How to Enter:
To enter, send your name, address, phone number and email, along with payment of the appropriate entry fee, to Carol Ravichandran at 39757 Manchester Ct., Northville, MI 48167. You must be a current member of NASPA to play in the tournament. As mentioned above, the tournament is limited to the first 64 paid entries, and your entry information and payment must be received by June 20, 2013.
